Eligia Quinones belongs to the COGOP in Newark. Eligia had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ more than 25 years ago, which changed the course of her life and has served the Lord ever since. Eligia has three children and seven grandchildren, for which she feels grateful and blessed. She holds a Master's degree in social work and an administrative leadership certificate from Puerto Rico, and has more than 25 years of experience in public schools. She has been working in New Jersey for seven years as a paraprofessional with children with special needs.
